Terms of service
These terms apply to the use of Nallenteri (nallenteri.app), a family calendar, lists, tasks and notes app operated by Timothy Sikorski, Finland. By signing in you accept these terms.
1. The service
Nallenteri lets families share a calendar, lists, tasks and notes. Each member can connect their own Google Calendar to see and manage their own events in the app. The service is currently provided free of charge and access is by invitation.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your own Google Account. Keep your account secure and do not share it.
- Access may be limited to invited email addresses. Family owners decide who is a member of their family.
- Children under 13 may use the service only with a Google Account managed by their guardian and under the guardian's supervision.
3. Google Calendar
If you connect Google Calendar, the app shows your events and creates, edits and deletes events in your calendars only when you do so in the app. You can disconnect at any time in the app's settings or in your Google Account. How Google data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
4. Your content
You own the content you add. You give the service the right to store and show it to the members of your family to the extent needed to provide the service. You are responsible for the content you add and must not add unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: do not try to access other families' data, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. Access may be suspended in case of misuse.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim to keep it working reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and the service may be discontinued with reasonable advance notice so that you have time to save your content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data. Keep important events and information also elsewhere. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time, leave a family, and revoke the app's access to your Google Account. Account deletion is described in the privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Changes to the terms will be published on this page with a new date.
